At LaserPecker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your laser engraving experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the laser unit and all original accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for inspection at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
